The state-of-the-art Tanita analysis scale is used to measure percentage of body fat in relation to lean body
mass, as well as estimated hydration level. Upon analysis completion, you will receive a detailed report to take with you.

Private Pilates Instruction

Our Certified Master Trainer and accredited staff will assist you in finding your center alignment, increasing range of motion and enhancing concentration while improving posture. Comprehensive Fitness Assessment
