Manny Zerman establishes Golf School at Florida's Diplomat Resort
Hollywood, Fla.---Manny Zerman, formerly the world's top-ranked junior player and a four-time All-American at the University of Arizona (1990-93), has established a golf school at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa here, where he also serves as Director of Instruction.
Zerman, born and raised in South Africa, came to this country as a teenager before competing for the University of Arizona, from which he graduated in 1993. While there he was a member of the 1992 NCAA Championship team.
In his competitive career, Zerman competed twice in the Masters, earning low amateur honors in 1992 and was ranked among America's best amateurs by Golf Digest. He subsequently competed in PGA Tour events and on the Buy.com Tour, narrowly losing a memorable seven-hole playoff in Raleigh in 2000. He previously competed on the Asian and Canadian tours, where he won in 1996 and 1997, respectively.
His international resume includes the 2000 British Open and the 1992 and 1996 World Cups.
"Having enjoyed life as a competitive golfer, I am now determined to help recreational players get more enjoyment from their games," says Zerman. "Too often golfers think of golf as being more difficult than it is. My goal is to help golfers build on sound fundamentals to score better and have more fun."

Beginner Programs
Beginner programs are designed for beginner golfers interested in learning the basic fundamentals of the game of golf. Programs include full swing and short game techniques, along with a good understanding of the Rules of Golf and proper golf etiquette.
